As Executive Director, Mr. Collie brings decades of proven deal origination, structuring, financing and closing experience to Prophet Equity.  Having worked with a Founding Principal as a lender in multiple past transactions over the last decade, Charles also comes to Prophet Equity as a proven member of the core team. Mr. Collie has over 25 years of experience as a top financial executive with commercial and asset based lending operations, having been in senior management positions with a number of well known financial institutions.  He has a proven track record of success in managing and building teams that have generated and funded financing opportunities in the middle market space consistently well in excess of budget.  His leadership skills were also utilized when he helped run a family owned business for five years. As SVP, Southwest Region Manager for PNC Business Credit, Charles managed a team that grew the region from the fifth largest of seven to the second largest, in terms of new loan commitments and loans outstanding, closing 85 transactions in a five year period.  As Group Vice President of National Bank of Canada, Charles managed six offices in the Western U.S. overseeing new business and portfolio management. Charles brings a wealth of contacts from around the country to Prophet that include financial restructuring groups, workout groups within asset based lending operations, boutique investment banks and direct access to companies that he has helped finance in the past.  He holds a BA from Rhodes College, having graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
