As a Vice President at Prophet Equity, Mr. Sullivan is focused on sourcing, structuring, and closing high-return investment opportunities. Michael leverages his financial restructuring, corporate finance and investment banking expertise to support the assessment of strategic viability, crafting of value creation plans as well as the modeling, implementation and negotiation of pro forma capital structures. He also serves in the Office of the President of Keywell Metals, Public Safety Supply Resources, as well as,Hatch Stamping Company helping to optimize operations, capital structure and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Prophet Equity, Michael was an analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. There he advised creditors, debtors and equity holders on strategic alternatives for both in and out of court restructurings, recapitalizations, plans of reorganization, distressed mergers and acquisitions, 363 sales and the Chapter 11 process. Representative clients included companies operating across multiple industry sectors including food and beverage, building products, automotive and marketing. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Michael worked for the Dallas office of McKinsey & Company specializing in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures.
Michael graduated Cum Laude with honors in Liberal Arts and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
